OwoFin Account Closure Process

To close your OwoFin Line of Credit account, please follow these steps:

  1. Clear All Outstanding Balances

Before requesting account deletion, ensure your Line of Credit balance is fully settled. You can make payments directly through the OwoFin mobile app.

  1. Submit an Account Deletion Request

Option 1: Self-Service via App

  1. Go to Profile Settings → Account Management
  2. Select Close Account and confirm

Your request will be processed immediately

Option 2: Manual Request via Email

  1. Send an email to support@owofin.cc with the subject: "Account Closure Request"
  2. Include your registered mobile number for verification

Our team will process your request within 2 business days

Important Notes

  1. Permanent Action: Once closed, your account and all associated data (including transaction history and personal details) will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
  2. Credit Line Impact: Closing your account will terminate your access to OwoFin’s Line of Credit services.
